DIY SOS Big Build

Sian Astley, a well-known designer and project manager, made a special phonecall to Searchlight Electric back in February. As a longstanding Project Collection lighting customer, she entrusted us to provide lighting when filming for the BBC's DIY SOS Big Build in Stoke.

                                                                          
                                                                          

We were honoured to be approached and excited to be able to help with such a meaningful project, which saw the transformation of a plot of vacant land into a community centre for Sylvesters Community Trust. The centre, in Fegg Hayes, featured an amphitheatre, kitchen gardens, and a workshop for Men in Sheds!
